Who I Am
My Therapy Practice
My experience allows me to offer confidential outpatient mental health counseling in a warm, empathic and compassionate atmosphere. I specialize in trauma related issues, both acute and complex. I also specialize in women's issues, particularly childhood complex trauma, including physical and sexual abuse. I enjoy using my education and experience in parent coaching and guidance for those individuals and couples experiencing struggles with adopted or foster children.

Depression & Anxiety
Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counseling and treatment, I am able to help you recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life.
Trauma & PTSD
Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. I can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing.
Adoption and Foster Care Parenting
Parenting can be a wonderful experience, full of love and excitement. It can also be challenging and difficult, particularly for those who have unique circumstances, such as parenting adopted or foster children. I have many years of experience educating parents around early trauma and the effects on a child's brain as well as offering a unique set of tools to help these children recover.
